Save Time, Print Your Boarding Pass Online
With the increased security at airports today, anything that can save time would be a big help. The airlines listed below will allow you to print your boarding pass before going to the airport. Simply click on the name of the airline and be taken to that airline's appropriate site. Please read the instructions/restrictions on their sites carefully, as the information here might be different.
AirTran Airways
- Online check-in allowed 24 hours to 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
- Must be an e-ticket.
- Capabilities include: seat selection, print boarding passes, print receipts and A-Plus Reward Vouchers.
Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air
- Check in within 30 hours of your departure.
- To be eligible, your complete itinerary must be solely domestic, include only flights operated by Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, and is without paid upgrades.
America West Airlines
- Please see site for restrictions.
American Airlines
- You must be an AAdvantage member.
- Boarding passes available for printing between 1 and 12 hours before departure.
- Only available for travel in the US including Alaska, Hawaii and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
British Airways
- You must register to use Online Check-In.
- As a member of the Executive Club, you are able to check-in online and choose your own seat from 24 hours before you fly.
- As a registered customer with British Airways, you are able to check-in online and choose your own seat from 12 hours before you fly.
- Online Check-in is available up to 1 hour before departure in all locations except the US, where Online Check-in closes 2 hours before departure.
Continental Airlines
- Check-in is permitted no more than 12 hours before scheduled departure and check-in shall be completed no less than 60 minutes before scheduled departure.
- Check-in is only available for domestic eTicket itineraries that are wholly operated by Continental Airlines, Continental Express and Continental Connection (operated by Cape Air, CommutAir and Gulfstream International Airlines).
- Travelers with bags to check are not eligible to use continental.com Check-in.
China Airlines
- eCheck-In is available (currently) for flights departed from Taipei or Kaohsiung from 24 hours up to 3 hours prior to the flight departure time.
- eCheck-In is available to all China Airlines passengers with confirmed booking.
- eCheck-In passengers must pick up boarding pass or check in baggage (if any) at least one hour prior to the flight departure time at the airport (you may contact eCheck-In counter directly at CKS or KHH Airport) to comply with the immigration's inspection and security check procedures.
- In compliance with U.S.A. and Canada government regulations, passengers leaving for those countries must fill in the passport details.
Delta Airlines
- Must be a SkyMiles member.
- Besides being a SkyMiles member, you must have a personal identification number (PIN) and an e-ticket for a domestic flight (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) on Delta flights, including Delta Connection, Delta Express, and Delta Shuttle. Also, your SkyMiles number must be included in your reservation.
- Allows check-in beginning 6 hours and up to 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Simply log in, go to Your Itineraries, and follow the simple instructions.
Lufthansa Airlines
- An e-ticket is required.
- Your credit card or Miles & More card number of your e-ticket is required.
- Check-in is possible for today?s flights and starting 06:00PM also for the following day.
- Due to extended security measures there is currently no Web or WAP check-in possible for flights to USA and Mexico.
Midwest
- Allows check-in for passengers holding e-tickets beginning 24 hours and up to 90 minutes prior to departure.
- If traveling with baggage, check it curbside (at select airports) or at a Midwest Airlines or Midwest Connect ticket counter.
- Once at the airport, go to the security checkpoint. Be prepared to present your boarding pass and government-issued photo ID.
Northwest Airlines
- Available for travel between destinations served by Northwest Airlines in all 50 United States, as well as for travel to/from Canada and to Mexico, the Caribbean, Asia and Europe. Customers traveling on an eligible Northwest flight, with an e-ticket issued by Northwest, by our alliance partner Continental Airlines or by United or American, may also use this service.
- Allows check-in beginning 30 hours and up to 90 minutes prior to departure.
United Airlines
- Available only for members of United's Mileage Plus Program.
- If you are not a member, there is a link here that will take you to a site where you can join.
US Airways
- Available to e-ticketed passengers for travel in the U.S. and San Juan.
- Allows check-in beginning 6 hours and up to 90 minutes prior to departure.
